Given the lack of experience in that phase of the innings, Rahul’s inclusion as a stabilizing force aligns with the team’s overall strategy.
DC’s game plan could involve explosive starts from their top-order batters, followed by a controlled middle phase where Rahul, Axar Patel, and Tristan Stubbs steady the innings before accelerating toward the finish.
