PSL 2025 Revised Schedule And Fixtures: After being paused due to rising political tension between India and Pakistan, the Pakistan Super League (PSL) is all set to start again from May 17. A total of eight matches are still left in the tournament.
The PSL was earlier supposed to take place in the UAE, but due to the situation at the time, the Emirates Cricket Board reportedly turned down the PCB’s proposal. As the situation calms down between the two countries, the tournament will finally resume this Saturday.
The action begins with Peshawar Zalmi vs Karachi Kings in Rawalpindi on May 17. The next day, May 18, will have a double-header – Multan Sultans vs Quetta Gladiators in the day and Peshawar Zalmi vs Lahore Qalandars at night. The last league match will be on May 19 between Islamabad United and Karachi Kings.
Playoff games will take place in Lahore, starting from May 21. The final match is scheduled for May 25, also in Lahore.

So far, there’s no confirmation about whether the overseas players will rejoin for the rest of the matches. Many of them had earlier shared how tough things had become during the uncertainty.
Interestingly, the IPL has also revised its schedule, and its final will now be held on June 3. But they too may face problems as foreign players — especially from South Africa — are expected to leave by May 26 to get ready for the World Test Championship final.
