Kyle Jamieson is a New Zealand international cricketer. He represents Canterbury in domestic cricket and plays for Delhi Capitals in the Indian Premier League. He was an important part of the New Zealand side that won the ICC World Test Championship in the 2019–2021 cycle. In the final, he took five wickets in the first innings and was named Player of the Match.

Kyle Jamieson grew up feeling awkward because of his unusual height, as people often stared at him during his school days. His father, Michael Jamieson, was never worried about it and believed that one day Kyle would become famous because of his achievements. Michael Jamieson is a mechanical engineer from Auckland and has played an important role in Kyle’s journey.
