Siraj got the outside edge of Jamie Smith and trapped Overton lbw before Krishna yorked Josh Tongue. Gus Atkinson was now with the injured Chris Woakes, and the duo collected some singles and doubles before Atkinson thumped a six over wide long-on.
However, with Siraj still bowling with menace, despite having bowled over 1000 balls in this series, he seemed to have one more wicket-taking delivery left in him, which he hurled down to knock over Atkinson’s off-stump and seal the match for India.
