Roston Chase is a Barbadian all-rounder who plays for West Indies and Barbados. He bats right-handed and bowls right-arm off-spin. In 2017, he was named both Cricketer of the Year and Test Cricketer of the Year by the West Indies Players’ Association. He also scored 136 not out against the Leeward Islands in the 2015–16 season and was named man of the match.

He was named the Best Regional Limited-Overs Cricketer of the Year by Cricket West Indies in 2018. He made his Test debut in 2016 against India and in his second Test match took his first five-wicket haul while also scoring a century. In 2019, he recorded bowling figures of 8/60 against England and also scored 54 runs in the same match.

In May 2025, he was surprisingly named West Indies Test captain even though he had not played a Test for two years. In his third match as captain, West Indies were bowled out for 27 against Australia, which became the second-lowest total in Test history.
