WWE NXT Highlights

Kelani Jordan vs Lola Vice

Kelani Jordan and Lola Vice had a hard-hitting match with lots of focus on Lola’s injured hand. Kelani attacked the wrist right away, smashing it into the mat and even into the steel steps and the ring floor. Lola still fought back with heavy kicks, suplexes, and a strong sleeper hold that almost put Kelani out. She also hit a big Saito suplex and a diving seated senton outside the ring.

Kelani came back with a 450 splash, but Lola countered into a triangle choke. Kelani escaped by stomping the bad hand again. In the end, Kelani trapped Lola in a bridging short armscissors and forced her to tap out. Kelani Jordan won by submission.

Joe Hendry Calls Out Ricky Saints

Joe Hendry immediately called out Ricky Saints in the ring. He said he wasn’t there to sing or dance; he was there to beat Ricky all around the arena.

Ricky Saints appeared on the promo balcony and mocked Hendry for attacking him in the parking lot. He claimed Hendry stole the NXT title from him, but nobody cared because the fans like Joe. Ricky said wrestling doesn’t matter anymore as long as you have a catchy song and make fans feel included. He called Hendry a “meme champion” and said he was dragging NXT down.

Ricky then insulted Hendry for being all marketing, like getting into the Royal Rumble and WWE 2K26 DLC. He challenged Joe to a title match on March 7, and Hendry accepted.

Cutler James vs Tony D’Angelo

Tony D’Angelo came out aggressively and jumped Cutler James early with strikes and corner offense. Cutler fought back with kicks, an uppercut, and a Hot Shot that rocked Tony. He followed up with shoulder blocks, but Tony quickly turned the match around with heavy body shots. Tony then shut Cutler down and finished the match with a strong spinebuster to get the pinfall win.

After the match, Dion Lennox attacked Tony from behind and started throwing lariats. Tony fought back and sent both Lennox and Cutler to the floor. He slammed Dion into the barricade and steel steps, nearly crushing him with the steps until Cutler saved him. Referees rushed in to stop the chaos.

Hank Walker & Tank Ledger vs Bronco Nima & Lucien Price vs Niko Vance & Shawn Spears vs Brad Baylor & Ricky Smokes

This Fatal 4-Way tag match was chaos from the start. All four teams fought for a future NXT Tag Team Title shot. Early on, OTM looked like the most dominant team, using pure power to clear the ring and even hitting stereo chokeslams to take control heading into the break.

Near the end, Shawn Spears nearly stole it after hitting the C4 on Brad Baylor, but Jackson Drake jumped in and stopped the pin. OTM then wiped out both Drake and Spears, while Hank and Tank put OTM through the announce desk. With everyone wiped out, Baylor took advantage and pinned Spears.

Jacy Jayne and Sol Ruca Confrontation

Jacy Jayne came to the ring and surprisingly didn’t complain about defending her title against Sol Ruca next week. Instead, she admitted she was jealous of Sol. Jacy said no matter what she achieves, fans still treat Sol like the bigger star. She reminded everyone she held both the TNA Knockouts and NXT Women’s titles, beat Stephanie Vaquer for the NXT title, and is heading into WrestleMania as champion.

Sol Ruca came out and said Jacy was still the same insecure person, always comparing herself to others. Jacy claimed Sol needed Zaria to succeed, but Sol said real friends can fight without jealousy. Jacy slapped her. Fatal Influence attacked, but Zaria returned, fought them off, and hugged Sol to end the segment.

WWE Speed Men’s #1 Contender Tournament Final – Eli Knight vs Elio Lafleur

Eli Knight and Elio Lafleur went all out in the WWE Speed #1 Contender’s Tournament Finals with a super-fast pace right from the start. They fought on the floor early, and Lafleur missed an Orihara moonsault. Eli hit an Asai moonsault but landed badly on his leg and looked hurt. Lafleur hit a Liger Bomb but still couldn’t win. In the final seconds, Knight landed a Busaiku Knee, but Lafleur stopped him with a belly-to-belly superplex.

The match ended in a time-limit draw.

Afterward, Robert Stone came out and announced a triple threat WWE Speed Men’s Championship match next week, with Jasper Troy defending against both Knight and Lafleur. The match will have a 7-minute time limit.

“All Ego” Ethan Page (c) vs. Shiloh Hill

Ethan Page defended the NXT North American Title against Shiloh Hill in a tough match. Early on, Hill controlled Page with holds and even grabbed a chair, but Page stayed calm and worked Hill down with a headlock and an arm breaker. The Vanity Project showed up at the ringside during the match, which added more distractions.

Hill started fighting back hard later, landing big punches and a strong pounce. Ricky Smokes tried to interfere, but Hill fought off the Vanity Project on the floor and even slammed Jackson Drake into the announce desk. That opened the door for Page to sneak in and hit Twisted Grin. He hit it again in the ring and pinned Hill to retain the championship.
