Matthew Potts’ Personal Life
Matthew James Potts married Holly Beattie Potts on October 18, 2025, at Woodhill Hall near Otterburn in Northumberland. Holly is a primary school teacher. The couple, who live in Sunderland, met seven years ago through mutual friends and got engaged in the Maldives on October 28, 2022.
Holly wore an Eva Lendel wedding dress and later changed into a bespoke Kay Heeley dress for the evening. The bridal party included her twin sister, Georgia Beattie, as maid of honor and other bridesmaids. Matthew’s best friends, Andrew Turns and Connor Robson, served as best men.
