4. Cameroon Green – Australia
Cameron Green comes into the 2026 Indian Premier League (IPL) with a huge burden of expectations. Not only did the Kolkata Knight Riders (KKR) pay a mammoth INR 25.20 crore to secure his services, Green will also be expected to replace the now-retired Andre Russell in the KKR playing XI.
Despite currently being in poor form, the 26-year-old could be an extremely important addition to his new side. On his day, the right-hander is a four overs bank and a destructive player that could slot anywhere in the top or the middle order, depending on his side’s requirements.
Green has previously represented Mumbai Indians (MI) and the Royal Challengers Bengaluru where he has scored a total of 707 runs and taken 16 wickets. He also has an IPL hundred to his name, coming back in 2023 for MI.
